At conclusion: Lunch can be purchased.(Let Jim McLure know if you wish to purchase)
All 2013 financial members of the League are urged to attend. Show your support for your Club - and have your say in the direction of the VCCL, Season 2014! Business will include presentation of the Annual Report, Reports from Executive Officers of the VCCL, election of the Committee and items of General Business.
Any member wishing to introduce a Notice of Motion, relative to the Statement of Purposes (Constitution) of the VCCL, should do so in writing, lodging it with the Secretary, at the address stated below, by Saturday 5th October 2013.
Election of Committee 2014/2015
An important item of business of the meeting is the election of Committee Members for the ensuing year. In accordance with the Statement of Purposes (Constitution) of the League, the Committee consists of 12 members, each elected for a period of 2 years with six retiring every alternate year. Nominations for the following Office Bearers are called for from the 2014/2013elected Committee Members:

• Honorary Assistant Secretary
• Honorary Treasurer
• Honorary Registrar
