Hughes The Handicapper?

Congratulations to Dennis Hughes who has been appointed handicapper for the 2013 season. Dennis is a stalwart of the club, having run 364 races for two wins – the highlight being the Norm Charles Handicap in 2006. His experience in both the VCCL and VAL should be valuable in maintaining a fair competition.

Many thanks to outgoing handicapper Chris Brown, who did an excellent job in what is a difficult and often thankless role.
